What is the Oshtemo Fun Day all about
The Oshtemo Fun Day is a combination of a fund raiser to enable our club to provide support for the various causes we adopt and a gift of a "fun day" to the the community. We charge for food and drinks and some of the events, but others are free. We start planning and working on the next years event the day after we finish with the current one. A lot of work goes into planning and running this event and we have enjoyed the support of many people and businesses in the area, for which we are very grateful. This event is our single biggest fundraiser for our club and it has been growing bigger and better each year.
When is the Oshtemo Fun Day
The Oshtemo Fun Day is usually held in August of each year. For the specific date, please see our home page.

What is Rotary all about?
Rotary consists of thousands of clubs all over the globe under the umbrella organization Rotary International. The mission of the Rotary organization is to improve the world we live.
Rotary International website states “Our impact starts with our members—people who work tirelessly with their clubs to solve some of our communities’ toughest challenges. Their efforts are supported by Rotary International, our member association, and The Rotary Foundation, which turns generous donations into grants that fund the work of our members and partners around the world. Rotary is led by our members—responsible leaders who help to carry forward our organization’s mission and values in their elected roles.”
Why should I consider joining Rotary?
The Rotary International and the multitude of Rotary clubs provide a great opportunity to "give back". We have all benefited from the efforts of folks that have given much and worked tirelessly to benefit others. If you are grateful for your life, what you have and who you are, Rotary gives you a great way of paying it forward. We can accomplish more and be more effective, when we have an organization like Rotary to focus and combine our efforts with other like-minded people.
